Discover a Path to Wellbeing
Welcome! Psychotherapy is a path of self-discovery, where you walk alongside a trusted therapist who guides and supports you with empathy and understanding. Together, you explore your inner world, heal past wounds, and navigate life’s challenges. The relationship between you and your therapist is a key part of the journey—built on trust, compassion, and collaboration—it’s a shared journey, where each step leads to deeper understanding, growth, and a stronger sense of who you truly are.
Explore what I offer
Individual therapy is a journey of personal growth and self discovery. In a safe, compassionate, and confidential space, therapy is a process of exploring thoughts and feelings, working through challenges, and finding ways to build resilience to help make meaningful change in ones life leading to greater well being. Individual sessions are 50-60 minutes.
Couples therapy is a journey of understanding, healing, and growth. Couples therapy helps partners address underlying issues, improve communication, and build trust, ultimately strengthening their connection and fostering a deeper bond. Whether it's reconciliation or exploring separation, therapy will help partners navigate the best way forward for their relationship. Couples sessions at 60 or 90 minutes.
The journey towards pregnancy or parenting is not always easy and can instead be one filled with grief or trauma. Individual or couple therapy can offer guidance and support in coping with feelings of anxiety or depression, healing and processing trauma, helping manage stress, or navigating relational conflicts that may arise.
Individual or couple therapy, with a focus on parenting support, helps guide parents and caregivers through challenges, offering tools to respond to their child's needs, manage behaviour, and strengthen the parent-child bond while balancing and tending to parents and caregivers own well being. With a focus on secure attachment, therapy helps parents deepen their emotional connection with their children and foster healthier family dynamics.
